Meet our Founder
Marisha (LLB, LLM, M.Sc.) is a lawyer, strategist, and legal technologist. She is also a human-centered designer. Her experience ranges from innovating at global law firms like Dentons and Khaitan & Co. to helping Broadway theatres become more eco-friendly.
She worked in Europe and Asia before completing her Masters of Law at Cornell Tech and Masters of Science in Strategic Design and Management at Parsons. Her current work as founder of Spicebox involves helping organizations innovate through processes, new technologies (like AI) and building real things that matter.
She enjoys simplifying complex, messy problems and helping people get to action.
Her favorite question is: What is the smallest thing we can do to make this idea real today?
